Here is information on the cultivation of lilies from bulb to flower.

Here is how we plant, the operating units in the greenhouse and the processing of the flowers.

The use of potting soil, the steam and cool it.

It planting.

If the containers are put on the unloading robot this is reversed and the potting soil with the old bulbs out, they are coarse and versnippert removed. The containers are then to link the plant and potting soil is along the first bunker with a thin layer of 2cm inlaid.

Then along come the people who are planting. The number of bulb
per bin varies sometimes because of the bulb size, we usually plant between the 9-13 bulbs per box. We plant with 3 people per man on average 3 to 4 balls per box and 1 man in the heftruc. It is on Tuesday and Thursday usually planted 10 caps per week, about 800 boxes per cap.

Then there is some water poured on the head and filled with 13 cm soil on the sphere which in turn poured water over the soil, so they have enough moisture to the cold wort count in that at 13 degrees is. The bins are now the robot tanks up and put on pallets. Then they picked up the heftruc and put them into the cool cell where they been run a week.

The running of the boxes in the greenhouse.

If the cap is clear-cut than the heat to high gedraait. Thereafter, the tubes run where the robot runs over. The robot piling a bed and put a bed down, so the tubes but once in it. After stacking head end on what is done by hand, the robot from behind start to stack. The robot is four times back and forth for a bed to retrieve and put back down. There are up to 56 trays with the robotthem at a time. After the drop is a row of pipes shifted to the next path, there are 4 beds in a hood. The running is done by 1 man and drive 3caps per day, per week, 9 á 10 caps in place. After running the heating down and will be placed on the trays so that the heat is again maximized.

The different growth phase in the greenhouse and the cut off.

After running, the bulb fertilizer to water regularly served where there is beautiful green and sturdy branches grow. There In the autumn we start exposing the crop to improvemaintain quality. The exposure lasts until early spring. Just before cutting the cloth which explains the boxes to high achieved so that the crop support and better paths may be stalled. The cutting is done with a belt system. For cutting, we use a knife to a long stem stuck so you do not need the whole day bent to it. The blade is serrated so that it will by the branch cuts. After cutting the lelietak are at 3on tape, and transported to the barn where they are flower tie.

The processing in the barn of the lilies.

There are 10 branches in a forest are the forest line and then put a small piece cut defoliation and then there are 2 rubber bands around the arms together and hold a rubber band is a bag of food. Then, the forest cover in one of the exporter or we can be. After this come in containers or in a trough cart to allow them sufficient water can be included. After that about 2 hours or longer in water have beentrough in the cart are in boxes and placed on an auction cart stacked and ready for the auction.

The disinfection of potting soil.

After getting the boxes from the cashier, they again ransacked and the potting soil to the steam bunker. That is about 120 cuub soil. If the bunker is full blown, we poured through the steam in the soil.
This takes about 8 hours until the potting soil about 100 degrees hot and the old bulbs waste done, then everything doot in the soil but there is much nitrogen free.
After steaming, the Hunter the potting soil into another bunker this takes rather long to the potting soil here also cooled so that you then can use for planting.
